Il BEATING HEART of SILA NATIONAL PARK

Lorica, the pearl of Sila: this is how it is defined, due to its enchanting position, on the shores of Lake Arvo, between the municipalities of San Giovanni in Fiore and Casali del Manco, on the Sila Grande, at an altitude of 1,314 meters. Lorica was chosen as the site for the Sila National Park, thus representing the center and, if you like, also its soul.
